Losing videos that you've created can be frustrating, but there are several possible reasons for this issue, along with some steps you can take to try to recover your videos:
Account Access: Please ensure that you are logged into the correct account or configuration file for creating the video. It's possible that users may have multiple accounts, and videos could be associated with different accounts.
Check for Deleted or Moved Material: In some instances, videos may be moved to the 'Trash' or 'Deleted Items' folder before being permanently deleted. We recommend checking these folders to see if your deleted videos are located there. If the source material was inadvertently moved to another folder, returning it to its original location could help in recovering the project.
Find project in: Project--Draft or Setting--Save

File data:If you have changed the save route, you can try this way. Access the 'Run' dialog by using the Win+R shortcut key, then type '%appdata%' to navigate to the 'Roaming' directory. Within this directory, locate the 'Coolcut' folder, click to open it, and access the 'Save' folder within the 'Data' directory. Subsequently, you will be able to find relevant projects or images in the subfolders.
