1. Check Your Audio Sources: Ensure that the source audio files you are using in your video editing project are of good quality and do not contain any inherent issues.

2. Software Updates: Make sure that your CoolCut App is up to date. Sometimes, software updates include bug fixes that can resolve audio issues.

You can check for updates by following these steps: Open CoolCut > Go to Settings > About > Check for Updates.

3. Computer Performance: Editing High-quality video and audio can be demanding on your computer's resources. Ensure that your computer meets the system requirements for the editing software and that it is not overloaded, as this can lead to audio glitches.

4. Audio Drivers: Check if your audio drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupt audio drivers can cause sound problems.

5. Audio Settings: Review the audio settings within your CoolCut. Ensure that the audio sample rate and bit depth are configured correctly for your project.

6. Check for Background Apps: Other running applications or processes on your computer might be causing interference. Close unnecessary applications while editing.

7. Audio Tracks: If you have multiple audio tracks in your project, ensure they are properly synchronized and aligned.

8. Export and Playback: Sometimes, audio issues may not be apparent during editing but become noticeable upon export. Export the video and check if the popping sound persists in the final output.

9. Audio Plugins: If you are using audio plugins or effects, they might be the source of the issue. Disable them one by one to identify the problematic one.

Remember to save your work and make backup copies of your project before making significant changes. This way, you can always revert to a previous version if needed.

If the issue persists and you cannot identify the source of the popping sound, please consider sending us a video demonstrating the problem. This will help us better understand the issue and work towards a solution.
