I have purchased the VIP, but my account still shows as free trial.

Here are some reason:

1. If you have just purchased the software, it’s possible that you haven’t logged in yet. Please check your email to find the CDKey to activate VIP.( Maybe in the spam folder)


2. If you have logged in but still shows as free trial, it's possible that you logged in before making the purchase, so your account had been recognized as a free trial and haven’t updated yet. In this case, please log out your account and then re-log in again.


3. If you have re-log in and find you still not the VIP, please check if you have log in the correct account. Google register and Google email register are different account, even though they use the same email address.


4. Check if you have purchased the correct product. Coolcam CDKey can not be used to activate Coolcut VIP.
